An alternate ending to The End of Time where Rassilon gets his way and the Doctor is put on trial for crimes he'd yet to commit as far as the High Council was concerned. And, as expected, the Master has something to gain from the situation.

Summary
There's a house, like many others. It`s neither very old nor very new. It isn`t in a very rich, nor a very poor part of town. It was, however, a fairly large house, yet somehow it always seemed to be even bigger on the inside.
The house had recently come to be owned by a new family. They had yet to make any particular changes, apart from one. A fresh coat of navy blue paint on the front door.
While the house seems to be almost as normal as a house can be, those who occupied it most certainly are not.
And neither is, as many of the neighbours with more time on their hands would notice almost immediately, the oddly large numbers of, colourful figures that seem to frequent the house for days at a time more often than not.
This is the Noble House, home to the largest family on Earth. And, far, far beyond.
Alternatively;

And that turns out to be the most healing thing he could do.

There are four things that are of the upmost importance to know. The first is that the Doctor is an Omega for the first time in several regenerations, and was suffering through her first heat. The second is that humans who spend time around natural-born Alphas in ruts or Omegas in heats can evolve to have a designation, and Yasmin Khan had firmly and decisively evolved into an Alpha. The third is that the Master is also an Alpha; an Alpha who would destroy entire star systems just for one night alone with the Doctor.
